Parsia

The Parsia 24-hour coffee shop, located in the lobby level of the hotel, offers the perfect setting to rest and rejuvenate and enjoy some traditional food this Ramadan. A casual, family dining establishment, Parisia is well known for its extensive range of must-try local and international cuisines including dishes like shish kebab, Mexican roast chicken, grilled lemon butter fish and lamb salona. The restaurant serves a buffet from 12pm-3pm and 7.30pm to 11pm and an à la carte menu is available throughout the day. Parsia recently introduced some exciting theme nights where guests can sample the delights of a different cuisine, such as Indian, Arabic or Mexican, every night

The restaurant will host a delightful Ramadan this month offering guests true Arabian hospitality along with artistically prepared traditional and international dishes. Whether you’re breaking your fast or simply sharing the experience with family and friends, you can satisfy your cravings with a feast of traditional treats like hommus, fattoush and the mouth-watering  signature dessert Umm Ali. The Iftar and Suhur buffets will be priced at BD5.000 per person and will include traditional Ramadan juices and aromatic coffee and tea in addition to all the usual Ramadan trappings. Carom, dominoes and cards will also provide an interesting diversion adding the tradition ambience. What’s more, groups of between 30 and 200 people can hold their own private Iftar party at Mayan Lounge, the pool bar or the Latin Quarter.
