 Latin Quarter Since opening two years ago, Latin Quarter has dropped jaws a-plenty with its perfect mix of hot Latin rhythms, mouth-watering food and trendy cocktails. Located on the first floor, this bar-restaurant is strictly meant for Hispanic bites and beats and is modelled along the lines of a Columbian restaurant. This month, the LQ resident band, Conga Beat, will be performing with a new line-up featuring the original members Walther and Julian  with two new female singers, Viviana and Guiseto.
